★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço bem distribuído no piso térreo do shopping, como diversas mesas. Apesar da pouca opção de café expresso , no qual sugiro o Orfeu (coado e com aroma bastante presente) e para acompanhar um bem casado da casa para adoçar o dia!

Ao chegar fomos atendidas no balcão pela lorrayne que foi muito solicita. Somente ela, pq os demais uma decepção total. Nos direcionou para uma mesa atrás das escadas. Até aí ok. Sentando na mesa outra garçonete nos trouxe os bolinhos com cobertura que vc é obrigado a pagar pq se vende a parte e vc não pode dispensa-lo é uma venda casada. Bolinho 14 calda 10 reais. O que é proibido por lei. A garçonete perguntou vai querer mais alguma coisa ou só isso? Eu prontamente pedi um suco, 1 copo. Colocou na mesa. Pedi uma água com gás e colocou na mesa e continuo a perguntar mais alguma coisa ou posso encerrar? Nem teve a gentileza de abrir vendo que estava com 2 crianças. Nem havia comido meu bolo…Por fim entendi. Como estava com roupas largadas e sozinhas com as crianças parecia mais baba do que mãe. Mas em que isso me desclassificaria como cliente se o dinheiro é o mesmo? Por fim. Deixei que minhas filhas aproveitassem, afinal eram crianças comendo bolo.Paguei minha conta com serviço no total de 96 reais e fomos embora sob os olhares inclusive da gerente ou dona. Que assistiu toda a rispidez e não fez nada. Não sei se pensaram se não tínhamos dinheiro… ou não estávamos a altura. Mas não recomendo. Não vale a pena

I paid my bill with a total service of 96 reais and we left under the eyes of the manager or owner. Who watched all the harshness and did nothing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu adoro os doces da Pati, são maravilhosos, mas o atendimento é péssimo. Se você for de aparência humilde(mas com dinheiro no bolso) nem VAI!!! nem te olham. Não é a primeira nem terceira vezes que fico esperando pra ser atendida quando não tem ninguém ocupado. Pois pelo que parece precisa de 5 pessoas para bajular 1 rico.
Fica aqui a minha indignação pelos serviços.
I love Pati's sweets, they are wonderful, but the service is terrible. If you are humble-looking (but with money in your pocket) DON'T GO!!! they don't even look at you. It's not the first or third time I've been waiting to be served when no one is busy. Because apparently it takes 5 people to flatter 1 rich.
Here is my indignation for the services.

Porém, Eu estava tomando um café na Pati Piva do shopping Higienópolis e o atendente não soube dizer se havia loja no Iguatemi de Alpha. Arrisquei procurar. Fica a dica!
