O início da Bacio:
Tudo começou em 2009… Edo vem ao Brasil e se apaixona pela nossa cultura ao fazer trabalho voluntário em hospitais filantrópicos no Nordeste.
Ao retornar à Itália, em uma viagem com seu irmão Gigi à Portofino, reencontram por acaso do destino Nick, um grande amigo e amante de viagens, na Gelateria "IL Molo". Nick, que já havia morado no Brasil, decidiu embarcar com os irmãos em um plano que mudaria a vida de todos eles: uma gelateria de raízes italianas em terras brasileiras.
Edo e Gigi vendem um carro antigo, presente de seu pai, para financiar o projeto. Edo é formado por um mestre gelataio e viaja por toda a Itália descobrindo e explorando os mais autênticos ingredientes, fundamentais para um gelato extremamente delicioso e cremoso.

Yesterday, we went there to order icecream with 4 friend but in closings hours and one of the staff member (super rude) open the door and said you have to order through ifood only and bang the door. (Didnt tell her to order from ifood here and can pick up the items now but NO)
Later, when we reached home, we had to come back again and pick our order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bacio di Latte was love at first sight, since the early days of the funny Mall’s kiosques and now with their street ice cream shops all around the city things got better. If you’re like me and love milk they’ve truly great options and the chocolates deserve a full-page review and for the no milk lovers they have a plenty of options and fruits.
But there is a “BUT” as nowadays ice cream is not everything. If you go to the store at the Praça da República, be prepared to a complete disorganization where they don’t respect the COVID-19 sanitary protocols. Even suggesting to a employee to have one of them outside to inform clients avoiding clustering she rudely decided ignore the warning.
So, if you’re like me and love the Bacio di Latte ice cream you surely could be better by going to a Shopping Mall store or any other store where they respect the people.
