Funcionarios atenciosos e educados mesmo com a muvuca que acontecia por fora
O gerente que estava por la nos deixou a vontade sentimos seguras.

para comprar uma medicação e passei por um constrangimento com o atendente Robson "um moreno". Fiz o pedido de um medicamento comum sem receita médica. O mesmo mal olhou na minha cara durante o atendimento.
Na saída para realizar o pagamento...o meu namorado me questionou sobre a medicação ser genérico. Achamos melhor desistir da compra pra comprar um original em outra drogaria, logo q ali só tinha genérico.
Deixei o medicamento na prateleira próximo ao caixa.
Estava indo embora qdo fui abordada pelo atendente Robson...me gritando na rua e perguntando aonde eu tinha deixado a medicação na farmácia.
Voltei na loja e mostrei. Ele todo estúpido e ignorante disse q eu não podia ter feito aquilo q tinha q ter entregado diretamente a ele e não ter deixado a medicação na prateleira.
Eu deixei por não saber...jamais deixaria se soubesse q não podia. Passei o maior constrangimento dentro da loja na frente dos clientes e funcionários...ainda me fez passar por ladra.
Ele devia ter me chamado de canto e explicado. Sem me expor na frente de todos os clientes e funcionários presentes.
Sempre comprei na drogaria raia e fui muito bem atendida. Mas dessa vez me senti constrangida e exposta desnecessariamente.
Today I entered the drug streak of this unit,
to buy a medication and I was embarrassed by the attendant Robson "a brunette". I ordered an ordinary drug without a prescription. The same evil looked on my face during the attendance.
On the way out to make the payment ... my boyfriend asked me about the medication being generic. We thought it best to give up the purchase to buy an original in another drugstore, so that there was only generic there.
I left the medicine on the shelf next to the box.
I was leaving when I was approached by attendant Robson ... yelling at me on the street and asking where I had left the medication at the pharmacy.
I went back to the store and showed him. He was all stupid and ignorant said that I could not have done what he had to have delivered directly to him and had not left the medication on the shelf.
I did not know ... I would never leave if I knew I could not. I spent the biggest embarrassment inside the store in front of customers and employees ... still made me go thieving.
He should have called me a corner and explained it. Without exposing myself in front of all the customers and employees present.
I always bought at the sting drugstore and was very well attended. But this time I felt embarrassed and exposed unnecessarily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clientes se tiverem algum problema, seja de preço, seja de produto diferente ou qualquer outra coisa, estejam prontos para ter dor de cabeça... porque a pró atividade para ser bem tendido nessa loja - principalmente vindo da má vontade do gerente noturno - é nula. Eu evito ao máximo esse lugar, além do que eles nunca atendem o telefone, pode não ter nenhum cliente na farmácia, eles simplesmente ignoram.

Tem 3 unidades na minha cidade e sou sempre muito bem atendida, minha instatisfação é em relação a transportadora que vocês utilizam nos pedidos do site, é a segunda vez que faço um pedido pelo site e nas duas vezes a experiência foi ruim, eles sempre passam informações incoerentes , no primeiro pedido paguei o frete com prazo de 1 dia útil e recebi em 15 dias úteis, já neste segundo pedido eles não concluíram minha entrega pois alegaram não encontrar o meu endereço, moro em um bairro comercial e de fácil acesso, não é zona rural. Sempre compro produtos pela internet e nunca, nunca mesmo, tive dificuldades pelo endereço, sem contar que o site que eles disponibilizam para rastrear o pedido NÃO PEGA, você insere o número do pedido que eles mesmo informam e quando vai rastrear simplesmente aparece que o pedido não existe. A transportadora em questão é a L S TRANSLOG e infelizmente pensarei duas vezes antes de fazer um pedido no site.
