O início da Bacio:
Tudo começou em 2009… Edo vem ao Brasil e se apaixona pela nossa cultura ao fazer trabalho voluntário em hospitais filantrópicos no Nordeste.
Ao retornar à Itália, em uma viagem com seu irmão Gigi à Portofino, reencontram por acaso do destino Nick, um grande amigo e amante de viagens, na Gelateria "IL Molo". Nick, que já havia morado no Brasil, decidiu embarcar com os irmãos em um plano que mudaria a vida de todos eles: uma gelateria de raízes italianas em terras brasileiras.
Edo e Gigi vendem um carro antigo, presente de seu pai, para financiar o projeto. Edo é formado por um mestre gelataio e viaja por toda a Itália descobrindo e explorando os mais autênticos ingredientes, fundamentais para um gelato extremamente delicioso e cremoso.

A loja é cheia então demora um pouquinho pra fazer o pedido mas os atendentes foram super educados.
Os sorvetes são deliciosos, todos os sabores são únicos e se você estiver em dúvida sobre qual sabor pedir pode pedir para o atendente para experimentar.
A tartelete de Nutella foi uma ótima surpresa, a massa é deliciosa e super levinha. O café é bem gostoso.
Recomendo.
 Super nice place to have a coffee with cake or ice cream. Very true to the franchise.
The store is full so it takes a while to order but the attendants were super polite.
The ice creams are delicious, all flavors are unique and if you are in doubt about which flavor to order, you can ask the server to try it.
The Nutella tartlet was a great surprise, the dough is delicious and super light. The coffee is very yummy.
I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ice cream, but expensive. It's overrated in my opinion. The place is really nice and cozy, the espresso with gelato is ok. The good news is space in front of parlor is pet friendly, so you can bring you dog after a walk. Parking is very limited. Runs until late, an option for those walking at night.
