★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento com péssimos produtos! Comprei um conjunto de malas no fim de novembro e em janeiro uma delas apresentou defeitos (a mala teve uma das partes descoladas). Liguei na central e enviei a mala para o conserto em janeiro. Um mês e meio depois eles não tem nem previsão para devolução do produto. Aparentemente a mala está parada em algum setor. Um perfeito absurdo! A central de atendimento parou de responder os meus e-mails e acionei o PROCON. A loja física do Vale sul, mesmo estando aberta, sequer atende o telefone. FUJAM DESTA LOJA!
Lousy service with lousy products! I bought a set of bags at the end of November and in January one of them showed defects (the suitcase had one of the detached parts). I called the central and sent the suitcase for repair in January. A month and a half later they don't even have a forecast for returning the product. Apparently the bag is stopped in some sector. Perfect nonsense! The call center stopped responding to my emails and I called PROCON. The physical store in the South Valley, even though it is open, doesn't even answer the phone. ESCAPE FROM THIS STORE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da Dona do estabelecimento compramos uma semana e a rodinha saiu levamos a rodinha e disse não poder trocar e não teria outra pra vender. O impressionante é que na loja em frente da concorrência trocavam a mala na hora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei pois comprei uma mala tive problemas no mesmo dia com a mesma e eles não me ajudaram a resolver, disseram que eles não se responsabilizavam com defeitos no cadeado e nas rodas da mala.
I didn't like it because I bought a suitcase I had problems the same day with it and they didn't help me solve it, they said they weren't responsible for defects in the lock and wheels of the suitcase.
