Não fui muito bem tratada na primeira vez que fui lá, mas o mínimo de cordialidade da vendedora me fez comprar uma bolsa para presente. Ela disse que poderia trocar mesmo depois dos 7 dias SÓ PARA QUE EU LEVASSE A BOLSA. Porque hesitei, daria o presente depois de 7 dias... Depois descobri que era mentira da vendedora e corri pra dar o presente antes da data. Era pra minha mãe, e ela não gostou. Corremos lá, onde fomos super ignoradas e tratadas mal pela outra vendedora. Aliás, muitos produtos estavam sem preço, o que dificultou.
Acionei o SAC da Baggagio que nada fez, apenas disse que ia protocolar e eu ia receber a resposta depois. Como eu vi que ia passar os 7 dias, voltei lá no último dia, sem resposta do sac, e trocamos a bolsa... O mais engraçado é que dessa vez fomos bem tratadas e as vendedoras estavam correndo para colocar preço em tudo, com o gerente cobrando, como se alguém fosse lá fiscalizar...

The funny thing is that this time we were well treated and the salespeople were running to price everything, with the manager charging, as if someone were checking there ...
