★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja medíocre. Tem uma marca de mala própria que é totalmente descartável, não aguenta uma viagem. A mala vem com uma suposta garantia, mas essa garantia cobre um total de zero problemas. Quando você busca a garantia a primeira coisa que fazem é te mandar pra assistência técnica. Lá na assistência eles vão analisar o problema da mala e vão falar que é mau uso independente do que seja. No meu caso, o zíper descolou e quando cheguei na assistência me foi informado que a garantia cobria apenas quando o zíper descosturava ou então quando a fivela estivesse danificada. Parece piada, mas é apenas a baggagio fazendo sua ginástica para escapar da responsabilidade de ter vendido um produto de qualidade inferior. Fica bem claro que a intenção deles é chamar qualquer problema com a mala de mau uso para escapar de qualquer responsabilidade, provando a mediocridade dessa empresa.
Mediocre store. It has its own luggage brand that is totally disposable, can not stand a trip. The case comes with a supposed warranty, but this warranty covers a total of zero problems. When you seek warranty the first thing they do is send you for service. There in the assistance they will analyze the problem of the suitcase and will say that it is misused regardless of what it is. In my case, the zipper took off and when I arrived at the service I was informed that the warranty only covered when the zipper unzipped or when the buckle was damaged. Sounds like a joke, but it's just baggagio doing their gymnastics to escape the responsibility of selling an inferior product. It is very clear that their intention is to call any problem with the misused bag to escape any liability, proving the mediocrity of this company.
