★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente especificamente desta loja há bastante tempo, provavelmente 2007 ou até mesmo antes. Desde sempre, o atendimento é (e continua) muito tranquilo e transparente.
É dos poucos lugares do ramo, ou em se falando de assistência técnica em geral, em que confio levar qualquer equipamento que possua, e que indico a alguém que me pergunte.
Apesar de não ser um cliente que consuma em quantidade os produtos e serviços da loja, o tratamento sempre foi o mesmo. Estivesse eu chegando "arrumado" vindo do trabalho, ou desleixado de bermuda, chinelo e bicicleta vindo de casa. Fosse para uma recarga de cartucho jato de tinta de 15 reais, ou comprar toner de R$ 300. Estivesse eu sendo atendido por qualquer funcionário, inclusive alguns que não estão mais nesta loja ou na empresa.
Enquanto tinha uma multifuncional jato de tinta da HP, cheguei a levar a impressora lá para uma manutenção preventiva após cerca de 2 anos de uso. Poucas horas depois, recebi ligação da loja falando pra ir buscar a impressora de volta, pois não havia serviço a ser feito, e portanto não me cobrariam os 80 reais da manutenção preventiva.
Desde esse ocorrido, e mais alguns parecidos (inclusive no 1o trimestre de 2020), qualquer coisa relacionada a manutenção de impressoras, recarga de cartucho/toner, só resolvo lá e há muitos anos.
Agradeço a atenção e presteza de sempre pra resolver as broncas, e parabéns pela seriedade, honestidade e idoneidade nos serviços. Sucesso e continuem o bom trabalho.
I have been a specific customer of this store for a long time, probably 2007 or even earlier. The service has always been (and continues to be) very calm and transparent.
It is one of the few places in the business, or speaking of technical assistance in general, that I trust to take whatever equipment I have, and that I recommend to someone who asks me.
Despite not being a customer who consumes the store's products and services in quantity, the treatment has always been the same. Whether I arrived "tidy" from work, or sloppy in shorts, slippers and a bicycle from home. It was for a refill of inkjet cartridge of 15 reais, or buy toner of R $ 300. If I were being served by any employee, including some who are no longer in this store or in the company.
While I had an HP inkjet all-in-one, I took the printer there for preventive maintenance after about 2 years of use. A few hours later, I received a call from the store telling me to get the printer back, as there was no service to be done, so I would not be charged the 80 reais for preventive maintenance.
Since that event, and a few others like it (including in the first quarter of 2020), anything related to printer maintenance, cartridge / toner refill, I only solved there and for many years.
I appreciate the attention and promptness always to resolve the scolding, and congratulations for the seriousness, honesty and suitability in the services. Success and keep up the good work.

Levei ela para outro lugar (loja algo mais nas ubaias) e consertaram por um preço super baixo no mesmo dia levei ela pra casa. Decepcionada com essa loja, como que ''especialista'' não souberam detectar o problema e ainda me instruindo a me desfazer de um objeto.
I took my printer to them.. they said there was no other way than just buying another one, that I should throw it away.. I took it to another place (store something else in the ubaias) and they fixed it for a super low price on the same day I took it to home. Disappointed with this store, as that ''specialist'' didn't know how to detect the problem and still instructing me to get rid of an object.
