Comprei um multĂmetro lĂĄ no dia 12/11/2020 depois de 2 meses deu um defeito no botĂŁo de ligar,fui na empresa hj ver a possibilidade de troca e disseram q nĂŁo trocaria meu multĂmetro o qual uso para trabalhar diariamente,queiriam levar pra garantia e meu aparelho iria ficar dias lĂĄ,entĂŁo decidi nĂŁo deixar e estou insatisfeito com a compra..nĂŁo Ăndico essa empresa pra ninguĂ©m.
Bagarel has no responsibility to the customer? I bought a multimeter there on 12/11/2020 after 2 months, there was a defect in the call button, I went to the company today to see the possibility of exchange and they said I would not exchange my multimeter which I use it to work daily, they would want to take it for warranty and my device would stay there for days, so I decided not to leave it and I'm dissatisfied with the purchase. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
