â â â â â Ruim, atendentes grossas, cheguei com dores no pescoço,e na cervical mal podia mover, o mĂ©dico nem fez exame fĂsico e mandou fazer um RX QDO retornei disse que nĂŁo era nada era apenas distencao muscular , passou um medicamento e voltou para o celular. Procurei outra clĂnica onde fui melhor avaliada . Estranhei que estava vazia tambĂ©m com esse pĂ©ssimo atendimento!!!!

â â â â â HorrĂvel falta de respeito . Liguei ontem pedi informaçÔes super ignorante a atendente mesmo assim fui hoje na clĂnica chegando lĂĄ a mulher nem pra minha cara olhou . Acredito se vocĂȘ jĂĄ estĂĄ pagando particular achava que seria tudo incluso . VocĂȘ paga raio X e gesso. Tudo cobrado . Perguntei por telefone nao me passou nada disso . SĂł acho que se as atendentes nao querem trabalhar da vaga para quem precisa .. falta de respeito .. nao vĂĄ pra essa clĂnica .
Horrible lack of respect. I called yesterday asked for information super ignorant the attendant still went today at the clinic getting there the woman not even my face looked. I believe if you are already paying privately you thought it would be all inclusive. You pay x-ray and plaster. All charged. I asked me by phone not spent any of it. Just think if the attendants do not want to work the job for those who need .. lack of respect .. do not go to this clinic.

â â â â â Nao consegui falar com a atendente atendia e batia o telrfone na cara fiquei desepcionada pois estava precisando e o meu medico atende nesta clinica aonde ja fui varias vezes e fui muito bem atendida

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento desde a recepção a consulta com o "profissional" de ortopedia. Fui atendido ontem pela tarde, quando vocĂȘ chega na clinica, todos estĂŁo com o celular na mĂŁo e sem mĂĄscara. O atendimento foi pĂ©ssimo. SĂł fui mesmo gastar dinheiro. Precisei tira raio X e colocar gesso na perna direita, questionei com a profissional que colocou o gesso como eu ia me locomover atĂ© a recepção para ir para casa, simplesmente ela me disse " nĂŁo sabe pular nĂŁo! Aprenda!" Tive que me locomover com dificuldade e nem uma cadeira de rodas para levar a pessoa atĂ© a porta nĂŁo tinha, ou, se tinha nĂŁo utilizou. NĂŁo recomendo a ninguĂ©m! Melhorem o quadro de funcionĂĄrios (profissionais).
Terrible service from reception to consultation with the "professional" of orthopedics. I was seen yesterday afternoon, when you arrive at the clinic, everyone has a cell phone in their hand and no mask. The service was terrible. I just went to spend money. I needed an X-ray and put a cast on my right leg, I asked the professional who put the cast on how I was going to get to the reception to go home, she just said "you don't know how to jump! Learn!" I had to move around with difficulty and I didn't even have a wheelchair to take the person to the door, or, if I had, I didn't use it. I don't recommend it to anyone! Improve the staff (professionals).
