★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Entrei e me senti mal-vindo. Fui extremamente mal atendido. Pareciam estar me fazendo um favor ou que eu estava pedindo um favor. A loja estava totalmente aberta, cliente tomando uma cerveja na mesa, outro na porta também tomando uma cerveja, mas os vendedores repetiam sem parar que já estavam fechados. Não respondiam perguntas, não atendiam, nem cerveja "para levar" pareciam querer vender. Entrei para tomar 1 cerveja e perguntar preços e informações sobre os kits. Resultado: nunca mais, nunca mais retorno na loja. Locais melhores tem de monte, cervejas artesanais tem até em supermercado, e kits para comprar cerveja, os melhores, você compra facilmente pela internet. Nunca mais, nunca mais mesmo volto nesta péssima loja.
P.S.: Eu vou comprar um kit para fazer cerveja em casa, mas NÃO vai ser com essa péssima loja.
 Terrible attendance. I walked in and felt welcome. I was extremely poorly attended. They seemed to be doing me a favor or that I was asking for a favor. The store was wide open, a customer having a beer at the table, another at the door also having a beer, but the vendors kept repeating that they were already closed. They didn't answer questions, didn't answer, nor did they seem to want to sell beer. I went in for a beer and asked for prices and information about the kits. Result: never again, never return to the store. There are plenty of better places, craft beers are even in supermarkets, and kits to buy beer, the best, you can buy easily over the internet. Never again, never again will I return to this lousy store.
P.S.: I'm going to buy a kit to make beer at home, but it will NOT be with this terrible store.
