★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento super mega demorado. Cheguei por volta das 07:15 e já peguei a senha 81 sendo que ainda estava na senha 34. Isso significa que para cada pessoa chegar até i guichê,leva em torno de 15 minutos para cada pessoa passar apenas no guichê,que ainda não é o exame. Ou seja, super demorado pensei até que, por conta da pandemia seria melhor pois não é a primeira e nem a 2 vez que vou nessa clínica. Sendo assim, é falta de gestão que procure alguma solução para que nao continue assim. Quando vier esqueça compromisso posteriormnte. Sem falar q a pessoa vem em jenjum e tem de ficar mais umas 2 h ou mais sem se alimentar por conta da demora de realizar os exames.

 Super mega time-consuming service. I arrived around 7:15 am and already got password 81 and it was still at password 34. This means that for each person to get to the booth, it takes around 15 minutes for each person to just go to the booth, which is not yet the exam. In other words, it took me a long time, I even thought that, due to the pandemic, it would be better because it is not the first nor the 2nd time I have been to this clinic. Therefore, it is a lack of management to look for a solution so that it does not continue like this. When it comes, forget about appointment later. Not to mention that the person comes in early and has to stay another 2 hours or more without eating because of the delay in taking the exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da recepção é extremamente lentooo. É fora do comum a demora! Eu cheguei às 08:00 e peguei a senha, só fui chamada as 9:35, sendo que tem 6 guichês. Após a recepção TUDO é rápido! O que evidencia onde é problema.
A clínica precisa rever urgentemente esse ponto mencionado. Não sei se falta treinamento na equipe, ou realmente rever o processo para otimização.
A estrutura é boa, localização também. Os ambientes são limpos e os protocolos de combate ao covid estão sendo cumpridos.
O acesso ao primeiro andar (a escada metálica), precisa de manutenção (a rampa já está interditada). O banheiro também precisa de pequenas manutenções.

The structure is good, location too. The environments are clean and protocols against covid are being followed.
Access to the first floor (the metallic staircase) needs maintenance (the ramp is already closed). The bathroom also needs minor maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento tem melhorado, venha realizando exames periódicos a alguns anos, no entanto, precisa melhorar muito em relação ao resultado dos exames, é vergonhoso, já tive situações horríveis, de ter que ir no local pegar exames e demorar, precisam digitalizar urgente esses resultados e encaminhar via email (no mínimo). Uma demora incrível para atenderem o telefone (resultados). Demora também lá quando vamos buscar resultados presencialmente. O melhor a fazer é encontrar outro local (se tiver escolha), pois precisam melhorar muito.
