Nesse exato momento é a segunda vez que uso minha internet com extrema lentidão após as 23h. Gostaria que os responsáveis tomassem providências, pois pagamos a internet para usar 24h e sem quedas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa operadora não respeita o cliente em todas as situações. Minha internet perde o sinal com frequência principalmente à noite. Durante o dia quando eu ligo o telefone fixo só fica ocupado e o móvel só desligado. Então não recomendo pra ninguém.
This operator does not respect the customer in all situations. My internet often loses signal, especially at night. During the day, when I call the landline, it is busy and the mobile is only turned off. So I don't recommend it to anyone.
