★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente nao usam equipamentos de quaildade na sua esteutura de dstribuicao . Em horario de pico as switch ficam com o processamento sobrecarregado, nao tendo velicidade pra processar os pacotes de dados e acabam criandoo fila de espera, que baixa muito a velocidade a ponto de nao abrir nada.
Precisam comprar equipamentos qualidade, que geralmebte tem um custo maior, pra conseguirem atender o serviço oferecido.
Como ja relatado por outros clientes a equipe de atendimento sempre trata o cliente como leigo e fica desviando o foco do problema, sempre colocando a causa no equipamento do cliente.
Troxeram equipamento deles pra teste e nao resolveu o mau funcionamento que demonstrou estar na estrutura de distribuiçao.
Sempre dizem que o problema esta no contrato antigo pra vender um pacote mais caro. Isso quando nem os pacotes de baixa velocidade estao atendendo.

As already reported by other customers, the service team always treats the customer as a layperson and keeps the problem focused, always putting the cause on the customer's equipment.
They brought their equipment for testing and did not solve the malfunction that proved to be in the distribution structure.
They always say that the problem is in the old contract to sell a more expensive package. This is when not even the low speed packets are servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de uma segunda via de boleto. A resposta foi rápida e atendeu a minha necessidade. Em relação ao serviço de Internet em si, o provedor tem uma velocidade estável e discretamente acima da contratada. Perde uma estrela pq obriga o cliente a comprar roteador.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionalismo, seriedade, presteza no atendimento. Equipe treinada e qualificada realizou o serviço de instalação em minha residência de acordo a estrutura do meu imóvel. Deixaram uma sobra técnica na frente da minha residência para o caso da necessidade de uma manobra interna ou externa. Foram atenciosos e prestativos quando quando informei onde desejaria que os equipamentos fossem posicionados na estante da minha sala. Colocaram o nome e a senha do meu wi-fi de acordo ao solicitado e habilitaram um acesso para caso eu queira solicitar a troca da senha eles possam fazer sem precisar ir no local. Instalaram fibra ótica e está funcionando com muita estabilidade desde então. Das vezes que precisei ligar ou falar pelo whatsapp fui bem atendido. Tive algumas dúvidas com relação aos testes de velocidade, recebi as orientações de como proceder, fiz os procedimentos e deu tudo certo, inclusive com a velocidade chegando um pouquinho a mais do que eu contratei. Realmente eles são bons no que se propõe a fazer. Eu recomendo. Estou muito satisfeito e fiz questão de procurar algum local público em que eu pudesse expor a minha experiência com essa empresa ArtCompus aqui em Madre de Deus. Parabéns.
Professionalism, seriousness, prompt service. Trained and qualified team performed the installation service in my residence according to the structure of my property. They left a technical leftover in front of my house in case an internal or external maneuver was needed. They were attentive and helpful when I informed them where I would like the equipment to be placed on the shelf in my room. They put the name and password of my wi-fi as requested and enabled access so if I want to request a password change they can do it without having to go to the location. They installed fiber optics and it has been working very stable ever since. The times I needed to call or speak on whatsapp I was well attended. I had some doubts about the speed tests, I received instructions on how to proceed, I did the procedures and everything went well, even with the speed arriving a little more than I hired. They really are good at what they set out to do. I recommend. I am very satisfied and made a point of looking for some public place where I could expose my experience with this ArtCompus company here in Madre de Deus. Congratulations.
