★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a Salvador pela primeira vez, e optei para fazer um passeio com Baiano Turismo no último dia de estadia.
Um transporte da empresa foi me pegar no hotel para realizar o passeio as 07:50 da manha, fui levada a estação de turismo onde fiquei 1:30hr esperando para iniciar o passeio, onde descobrir que não era o qual tinha contratado. Passei quase 1:00 HR para eles enviarem um carro, e ainda informaram que não poderíamos mais fazer o passeio.
Ou seja,falta de organização. Fiquei decepcionada.
I went to Salvador for the first time, and chose to take a tour with Baiano Turismo on the last day of my stay.
A company transport picked me up at the hotel to take the tour at 7:50 am, I was taken to the tourist station where I stayed 1:30 am waiting to start the tour, where I found out I wasn't the one I had hired. I spent almost 1:00 HR for them to send a car, and they still informed us that we could not do the tour anymore.
That is, lack of organization. I was disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realicé dos excursiones con ellos y todo salió muy bien. El proceso de reserva muy eficiente. Los guías y conductores muy amables y serviciales. Los tiempos en los lugares estaban bien calculados y los transportes muy cómodos.
I did two excursions with them and everything went very well. The very efficient booking process. The guides and drivers very friendly and helpful. The times in the places were well calculated and the transport very comfortable.

Minha esposa esqueceu o tênis do nosso bebe no carro e quando se deu conta ligamos na central e em menos de 20 minutos o motorista já estava de volta pra entregar o sapatinho .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência, tivemos dois passeios cancelados por falta de grupo queriam marcar em um próximo dia dois passeios juntos, sendo que nesse dia novamente não teve grupo, tivemos que pagar o valor mais caro para não ficarmos sem passeio, porém o outro foi cancelado e não conseguimos fazer. Contratamos o tour pelas ilhas um motorista foi nos levar até o terminal marítimo chegando lá não tinha ninguém para dar uma informação de como ia funcionar o passeio, em qual escuna íamos embarcar a sorte que o motorista ajudou e conseguimos as informações. Já o passeio Praia do Forte marcaram para nós buscar as 07h, como não chegava ninguém resolvemos entrar em contato no qual foi informado que só iram buscar as 8:15. Enfim foi uma decepção, e ainda estamos aguardando a devolução do valor do passeio cancelado que ficou de ocorrer essa semana.
Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience, we had two tours canceled due to lack of group, they wanted to book two tours together on the next day, and on that day again there was no group, we had to pay the most expensive amount so we wouldn't be without a tour, but the other one was canceled and we were unable to do so. We hired the tour of the islands, a driver took us to the maritime terminal and arrived there, there was no one to give information about how the tour was going to work, on which schooner we were going to embark the luck that the driver helped and we got the information. As for the Praia do Forte tour, we were scheduled to pick up at 7:00 am, as no one arrived, we decided to contact him and he was informed that they were only going to pick up at 8:15 am. Anyway it was a disappointment, and we are still waiting for the refund of the canceled tour that took place this week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, sinceramente o melhor serviço prestado de todos que experimentamos na nossa viagem de férias, tivemos problemas com o voo que perdemos a conexão e o pessoal do transfer prontamente entendeu e se programaram para nos pegar no novo horário sem custo algum sem problema algum, o veiculo era ótimo, atendeu perfeitamente as nossas expectativas, motorista sempre atento as questões de segurança e normativas contra o COVID 19.
Ademais o motorista tinha um conhecimento fenomenal da região, simpático e atencioso.
Recomendo e se eu voltar a Bahia com certeza os contratarei novamente.

Furthermore, the driver had phenomenal knowledge of the region, friendly and attentive.
I recommend and if I go back to Bahia I will definitely hire them again.
