★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência nessa unidade foi péssima, o bacon estava velho, com gosto de estragado... levei o feedback para a atendente de boas no final e a mesma ainda esnobou, dizendo que o bacon é um dos mais pedidos... detalhe: passei mal do estômago o dia seguinte!
 The experience in this unit was terrible, the bacon was old, with a taste of spoiled ... I took the feedback to the good attendant at the end and she still snubbed, saying that the bacon is one of the most requested ... detail: I spent stomach sickness the next day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido através do iFood e não recebi, mesmo cancelando o pedido foi cobrado do meu cartão de crédito... péssimo atendimento, infelizmente ainda existe empresas como essa.
I placed an order through iFood and did not receive it, even canceling the order, my credit card was charged ... terrible service, unfortunately there are still companies like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje (23/04/2018) fui na Baked Potato do São Bernardo Plaza Shopping e pedi 2 batatas. Uma estava crua por dentro e com pedaços duros e a outra o recheio de gorgonzola estava estragado. A atendente foi inábil em resolver o problema e eu fiquei no prejuízo.
Today (23/04/2018) I went to Baked Potato at São Bernardo Plaza Shopping and ordered 2 potatoes. One was raw inside and with hard pieces and the other the gorgonzola filling was spoiled. The attendant was unskilled in solving the problem and I was at a loss.

Sou vegetariana e estou muito contente com o novo recheio de strogonoff de cogumelos. Acho que a receita pode sim melhorar um pouco mas estão no caminho.
Baked Potato is my favorite restaurant at São Bernardo Plaza Shopping. It has attentive attendants, ok prices, variety in the menu and quality
I am a vegetarian and I am very happy with the new mushroom stroganoff filling. I think the recipe may improve a little, but they are on the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito gostosa e de um tempo para cáno recheio está quente também, pois antes era apenas a batata... porém o tamanho dela é pequena... podiam comprar umas batatas maiores e caprichar mais no recheio como outras marcas... mas de qualquer forma ela é muito deliciosa!! Recomendada!
Very tasty and a time for cáno relleno is hot too, because before it was just the potato ... but the size of it is small ... could buy some bigger potatoes and caprichar more in the filling like other marks ... but of any way it is very delicious !! Recommended!

Lack of standardization... Day you buy and it's great. The day you buy the potato is small and almost nothing is filling... I didn't buy it for about 8 years for this reason... I bought it last week and it came big...today it's already a misery... I'll stay a while longer without buying. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo ifood pela primeira vez nessa loja do são Bernardo plaza 'Nunca mais ' estava simplesmente horrível só tinha batata não tinha quase nada de recheio e manteiga temperada nem o cheiro . QUALIDADE PÉSSIMA isso que paguei pelo recheio extra imagina se não tivesse pago NÃO RECOMENDO.....
I ordered ifood for the first time in this store in São Bernardo plaza 'Nunca mais' it was just awful it only had potatoes, there was almost no stuffing and seasoned butter nor the smell. TERRIBLE QUALITY what I paid for the extra stuffing imagine if I hadn't paid I DO NOT RECOMMEND.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo Ifood! Paga caro por um prato que vem nada dentro, só caixa. Essa "porção" deles não serve nem o meu bebe de 6 meses.
Comprei um strogonoff que veio uma carne branca com litermalmente água no lugar do molho, veio os restos do arroz e mais batata palha que qualquer outro ingrediente do prato. um absurdo por R$ 29,90. Péssimo atendimento e péssima comida. Não compro nunca mais!
Bad service by Ifood! Pays dearly for a dish that comes in nothing but a box. That "portion" of them doesn't even fit my 6 month old baby.
I bought a stroganoff that came with a white meat with literally water in place of the sauce, the leftover rice and more straw potatoes than any other ingredient in the dish. an absurd for R$29.90. Bad service and bad food. I never buy again!
