★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja ontem para testar alguns perfumes que eu não conhecia, a atendente me tratou com completo desdém. Eu iria comprar um que gostei muito para uma amiga minha e iria mandar a foto do perfume para ela confirmar se era aquele mesmo, a atendente disse que eu estava proibida de tirar qualquer foto na loja. Acabei não comprando pois sendo mal atendida, impedida apenas de confirmar se o perfume era realmente aquele com a minha amiga no telefone, não teria como. Acabei comprando o perfume em outra loja em que fui super bem atendida e o dono permitiu que eu confirmasse se o perfume era aquele, deu tudo certo (mas em outro local). Infelizmente não posso avaliar bem um local em que a funcionária me tratou com completa indiferença como se eu não tivesse condição de comprar um perfume importado. É lamentável que com o tamanho desemprego no País uma funcionária trabalhe com cara feia e discriminando as pessoas (avaliando quem ela acha que tem grana ou não). Não é um local em que eu voltaria, infelizmente. A loja tem uma estrutura linda e vários perfumes maravilhosos, pena que o atendimento foi uma total decepção.
I went to the store yesterday to test some perfumes I did not know, the attendant treated me with complete disdain. I would buy one I liked a lot for a friend of mine and would send the photo of the perfume to her to confirm if it was the same, the attendant said I was prohibited from taking any photo in the store. I ended up not buying because being poorly attended, only prevented from confirming if the perfume was really the one with my friend on the phone, would not be able to. I ended up buying the perfume in another store where I was super well attended and the owner allowed me to confirm if the perfume was that, everything worked (but in another place). Unfortunately, I can not fairly evaluate a place where the clerk treated me with complete indifference as if I could not afford an imported perfume. It is unfortunate that with the size of unemployment in the country an employee works with an ugly face and discriminating against people (evaluating who she thinks has money or not). Not a place I would go back to, unfortunately. The shop has a beautiful structure and several wonderful perfumes, worthy that the attendance was a total disappointment.

Péssima embalagem, vergonhosa a sacola pelo produto que comprei. Questionei a moça do caixa , a resposta foi absurda!! Disse que o custo de uma sacola melhor estava muito cara. Essa loja precisa de um treinamento melhor pelas marcas de perfumes e cosméticos representada por ela. A loja está localizada no shopping plaza SBC.
I bought a dolce gabana erfume and paid almost 600.00. When I received the bag, I was outraged!
Bad packaging, shameful bag for the product I bought. I questioned the cashier, the answer was absurd!! Said the cost of a better bag was too expensive. This store needs better training by the perfume and cosmetic brands it represents. The store is located in the SBC shopping plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estão precisando melhorar o atendimento, mesmo que a pergunta que a cliente faça pareça "besta" para quem entende de perfumes, a obrigação de uma atendente é tratar bem, e isso não condiz com respostas dadas com ironia, principalmente se o cliente não faltou com o respeito.
They need to improve the service, even if the question that the customer asks seems "silly" for those who understand perfumes, the duty of an attendant is to treat well, and this does not match with answers given with irony, especially if the customer did not fail to the respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO atendimento. A atendente age como se estivesse fazendo um favor. Primeiro que nem boa tarde fala, segundo eu pedi para experimentar específicamente o L'interdit eau de parfum e ela pegou o Intense (frasco preto) e borrifou no papel, como se eu fosse uma tapada. Minha pele não tem fixação boa, comprei um Libre e não fixa nada, por isso pedi indicação de perfume amadeirado (que pega bem) e ela simplesmente IGNOROU. A moça tem postura de julgadora, age como se todo mundo que entra ali não tivesse condições de comprar um perfume. Não presta para atendimento ao público, eu saí de lá e fui na Renner onde um atendente maravilhoso chamado Jimmy me atendeu super bem e me indicou o Lady Million. Nessa Yzus eu não entro mais e faço questão de falar pra quem eu conheço sobre esse PÉSSIMO lugar.
Terrible attendance. The attendant acts like she's doing you a favor. First of all, good afternoon, second I asked to try specifically L'interdit eau de parfum and she took the Intense (black bottle) and sprayed it on the paper, as if I were a slap. My skin doesn't have a good fixation, I bought a Libre and it doesn't fix anything, so I asked for a woody scent (which sticks well) and she just IGNORED it. The girl has a judgmental attitude, acts as if everyone who enters there cannot afford to buy a perfume. Not good for customer service, I left there and went to Renner where a wonderful attendant named Jimmy served me very well and recommended Lady Million. I don't go in this Yzus anymore and I make a point of telling everyone I know about this TERRIBLE place.
