Houve honestidade ao mostrar o que precisava ser consertado no notebook, e consertado com êxito. Senti confiança ao deixar meu notebook nas mãos do Luís. Em um segundo momento, ele também auxiliou de maneira muito proativa um outro conserto do notebook apresentando opções ideais para o meu bolso. Teve muita empatia por entender o momento em que estava passando (tive que consertar algo que não era meu e arcar com os custos). Agradeço demais todo o profissionalismo e humanismo! Volto sempre e indico a todos!!!
If I could give more stars, I would. I was promptly assisted via wpp by Luís, who was kind and solicitous. The budget was quick and efficient, on the same day. There was honesty in showing what needed to be fixed on the notebook, and successfully fixed. I felt confident leaving my notebook in Luis' hands. In a second moment, he also helped very proactively in another repair of the notebook, presenting ideal options for my pocket. There was a lot of empathy for understanding the moment I was going through (I had to fix something that wasn't mine and bear the costs). I really appreciate all the professionalism and humanism! I always come back and recommend it to everyone!!!
