NÃO COMPREM NESTA LOJA....Comprei um veículo há 4 meses, me contemplaram com a documentação do veículo, e já fazem 3 meses que estamos cobrando, cobrando e para minha surpresa o documento ainda está no despachante parado. O vendedor estava ciente da situação e nunca nos ligou para perguntar se tinha resolvido. Sempre nos pedem prazo, e estes prazos já se estenderam para 3 meses. Não indico pq não quero q ninguém passe por esta situação.

DON'T BUY IN THIS STORE....I bought a vehicle 4 months ago, they provided me with the vehicle's documentation, and it's been 3 months since we've been charging, charging and to my surprise the document is still at the dispatcher stopped. The seller was aware of the situation and never called us to ask if it had been resolved. We are always asked for a deadline, and these deadlines have already been extended to 3 months. I do not indicate why I do not want anyone to go through this situation.

Vendem carro de qualquer jeito, prometem varias coisas, depois que é feito o pagamento, não estão nem ai com o cliente, destratam. Ainda na garantia, conforme descrita no código do consumidor, não dão assistência e ainda falam que não vão solucionar o problema e pedem para procurar a justiça.
COMO VISUALIZADO EM OUTROS COMENTÁRIOS É COMUM ELES FAZEREM ISSO! NÃO RECOMENDO DE JEITO NENHUM.
Justamente por ter empresa, acho um absurdo o destrato com clientes, nunca fiz e nunca farei isso com os meus clientes. E essa historia de mal uso, vocês sabem muito bem que não é verdade, pois a fama de vocês é vender veículos com vários problemas e colocar a culpa no cliente, fazem a gente assinar um termo que não terá garantia, mas vocês sabem muito bem que o código do consumidor garante a assistência . O gerente Humberto, super mal educado, teve coragem de chamar a gente lá, pra falar que não vai fazer nada e é pra gente procurar a justiça.

They sell a car anyway, promise a lot of things, after the payment is made, they don't care about the customer, they abuse it. Still under warranty, as described in the consumer code, they do not provide assistance and even say they will not solve the problem and ask to seek justice.

And this story of misuse, you know very well that it's not true, because you're famous for selling vehicles with various problems and putting the blame on the customer, you make us sign a term that will have no warranty, but you know very well that the consumer code guarantees assistance. Péssima experiência, pneus veio careca, nem sei como passou na vistoria, caixa do ar condicionado danificada, e bateria zoada, pois não segura carga.
Gastei mais 1k para arrumar algumas coisinhas, mas isso não entra no contrato.
Mas não recomendo a ninguém.
Tive apenas um suporte do pós venda que colocou gás apenas (demorou só um mês para colocar o gás, nesse clima maravilhoso), mas a manutenção tive que fazer praticamente tudo.
Se responder que é mentira posto os laudos, vídeos e áudios e os prints dos responsáveis com datas.

Bad experience, tires came bald, I don't even know how the inspection went, air conditioning box damaged, and battery messed up, because it doesn't hold a charge.
I spent another 1k to fix a few things, but that is not part of the contract.
But I don't recommend it to anyone.
I only had after sales support that only put gas (it only took a month to put the gas in, in this wonderful climate), but maintenance had to do practically everything.
If you answer that it is a lie, post the reports, videos and audios and prints of those responsible with dates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos problemas, desde a demora da entrega do carro (2 semanas após fechar negócio) até a entrega do carro com vários defeitos (hidráulico, elétrico e mecânico). Nos encaminharam para o pós venda não resolveu absolutamente nada, dentro dos gastos tive um prejuízo que gira em torno de 2 mil reais. Por isso, não recomendo. Péssimo!
