São muito comprometidos com a qualidade do trabalho, dando sempre feedback quando necessário e fizeram um trabalho impecável nos anúncios para o aluguel do meu apartamento na Santa Cruz. Antes de optar em trabalhar com a Baldy estava com uma imobiliária que não sabia fazer um trabalho ativo. Fiquei 1 ano e pouco tentando alugar com eles e nada aconteceu. Nem se quer sabiam justificar a ausência de pessoas interessadas e tal. Com a Baldy Imóveis foi algo rápido e eficiente. Meu apartamento já está alugado e com a sensação de missão cumprida.
Baldy Real Estate is an excellent real estate. They are very committed to the quality of the work, always giving feedback when needed and have done an impeccable job in the ads for renting my apartment in Santa Cruz. Before opting to work with Baldy I was with a real estate agent who didn't know how to do an active job. I was 1 year and little trying to rent with them and nothing happened. Neither could they justify the absence of interested persons and such. With Baldy Imóveis it was fast and efficient. My apartment is already rented and with the sense of mission accomplished.

Sempre paciente, nos mostrou inúmeros opções e em nenhum momento desistiu de tentar nos ajudar a encontrar o que queríamos e nunca tentou nos empurrar nenhuma opção. Muitas vezes foi atrás de imóveis que não estavam em seu portfólio para nos atender (imóveis que encontrávamos em outros anúncios ou na rua). Os vídeos que fazem dos imóveis também ajudam bastante no processo de escolha

Desde a experiência no site, que tem o diferencial do vídeo, boa descrição e 360º. Responderam no whats super rápido, já marcamos visita (com direito a invite no google) e durante a visita o Henrique e o Fabio foram mega atenciosos, profissionais e ainda extremamente cuidadosos com a questão da pandemia. Henrique está nos ajudando com o processo de proposta de locação, e até aqui já posso dizer que essa é a melhor imobiliária que já tivemos contato!
