Comprei hoje uma residência de chuveiro , que veio com defeito ,na mesma hora voltei lá para trocar e ele estava fechando a loja ! Pedi super educadamente se podia me fazer o favor de me trocar o produto visto que ele já estava fechando , e expliquei que eu só tinha aquele chuveiro para tomar banho e dar banho no meu bebê de 10 meses ! Não custava nada ele erguer a porta para mim e efetuar a troca! Mas com todo desdém me negou mesmo eu explicando que não conseguiria dar banho na minha bebê! Mandou voltar no outro dia que efetuaria a troca!! Lamentável um comerciante perder um cliente de tantos anos por causa de tão pouco , pior ainda a pessoa não ser flexivel suficiente para um caso tão bobo e fácil de resolver! E pior de tudo portas abertas em plena pandemia burlado a fiscalização, mas o mesmo atendendo normalmente! Por isso também acabei de abrir uma denúncia junto a prefeitura ! Estrangeiro Fdp me aguarde que vc vai se arrepender
