★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me chamo Gislaine comprei 02 pacotes de balões na loja 10 e 15 Festas aqui de Ponta Grossa PR e não fui feliz tendo que no improviso mudar a cor da minha decoração, ocorreu em todo momento o arrenpendimento de comprar sua marca e pior não havia tempo para ir até a loja e fazer a troca.
Os balões parecia podre ao esticar se desmanchava nas mãos sem condições de encher. Muitos balões furados não deu para aproveitar nada. Peço por gentileza verificar a qualidade do produto e certificar que não vão deixar mais insastifação aos seus clientes. Em um outro momento a loja compreensiva nos fez a troca por outra marca.
Mas eu não compro mais a sua marca e vou alertar aos aos grupos em que participo.

The balloons looked rotten as they stretched and crumbled in their hands without being able to fill. Many stuck balloons did not yield to enjoy anything. Please check the quality of the product and make sure that they will not leave any more disaffection to your customers. In another moment the comprehensive store made us switch to another brand.
But I no longer buy your brand and I will alert the groups I participate in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na embalagem diz validade 3 anos... pensei em usar no aniversário de hoje 13 de Janeiro para fazer fotos e e tal..com balões parabéns ouro balões dourados e prateados dentro dos balões transparentes só um deu certo... os balões rasgam ou estouram antes ... frustrante.
The packaging says it is valid for 3 years ... I thought of using it for today’s 13th birthday to make pictures and so on. Balloons gold congratulations gold and silver balloons inside the transparent balloons only one worked ... the balloons burst or burst before ... frustrating.

A ideia é boa da empresa, tentam inovar, mas a qualidade é muitooo ruim!!
Indico outros fabricantes brasileiros que são bem melhores do que essa fabrica.. Joy balões é uma marca excelente!
I bought it to resell and look, I'm giving it away because the few sales that were made came from customer complaints, I don't indicate it at all!
The company's idea is good, they try to innovate, but the quality is veryoo bad!!
I recommend other Brazilian manufacturers that are much better than this factory. Joy Balloons is an excellent brand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei balões dessa marca, transparente tamanho de 12 polegadas de confetti baloontech, a data de fabricação está como 27/11/20, hoje é 12/07/21, fui encher os balões com 12 polegadas e começaram a estourar, a impressão é muito ruim, totalmente diferente da foto na embalagem, quando começa a encher da pra perceber que a impressão deforma o latex, até a própria marca tem a impressão ruim, tive que deixa-los com tamanho 9 para conseguir salvar um pouco do meu dinheiro...
I bought balloons from this brand, 12-inch transparent confetti baloontech, the date of manufacture is like 11/27/20, today is 07/12/21, I went to fill the balloons with 12 inches and they started to burst, the impression is very bad, totally different from the photo on the package, when it starts to fill up, to realize that the print deforms the latex, even the brand itself has a bad print, I had to leave them with size 9 to save some of my money... .
