★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é bem bacana , porém o atendimento é horrível. Estive lá com meu filho segunda feira dia 14/09, ele adora as coisas da Imaginarium, então sempre compramos alguma coisinha lá . Acontece que nesse dia tinha duas atendentes lá, uma atendendo quem entrava na loja e a outra no caixa. Tudo o que a gte pegava a menina olhava com cara feia, e se colocássemos a milímetros do lugar onde estava ela ia lá e arrumava na mesma hora , foi buscar o que pedimos com má vontade , enfim, muito desagradável. Já a menina que estava no caixa não saia do celular , extremante mal educada.
The store is very nice, but the service is horrible. I was there with my son on Monday, 09/14, he loves the Imaginarium stuff, so we always bought something there. It turns out that that day there were two attendants there, one attending those who entered the store and the other at the register. Everything the gte picked up the girl looked at with an ugly face, and if we put it millimeters from the place where she was, she went there and tidied up at the same time, she went to get what we asked with unwillingness, in short, very unpleasant. The girl who was at the cashier did not leave her cell phone, extremely rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja até que é legal e tem várias opções de presentes, mas o atendimento além de péssimo eu me senti constrangida ao ouvir uma funcionária falando coisas absurdas que ela fez com algum cara. E pra ajudar foi bem ela que atendeu eu e meu marido com um pouco caso, acho que ela não está apta a trabalhar como vendedora, se continuarem com uma vendedora assim na loja p risco de vocês perderem vendas é grande. Mas tem um lado positivo, uma outra funcionária foi atenciosa quando fiz uma pergunta, uma mocinha magrinha de óculos. Eu poderia ter comprado bastante coisas mas não levei nada pelo absurdo daquela moça super vulgar, então decidimos ir em outra loja.
The store is really cool and has several options for gifts, but the service, besides being terrible, I felt embarrassed to hear an employee saying absurd things she did to some guy. And to help, it was she who attended my husband and I with a little case, I think she is not able to work as a saleswoman, if you continue with a saleswoman like that in the store, the risk of you losing sales is great. But it has a positive side, another employee was helpful when I asked a question, a skinny girl with glasses. I could have bought a lot of things but I didn't take anything for the absurdity of that super ordinary girl, so we decided to go to another store.
