★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço bem ruim, atendentes(garçom), simpáticos más sem profissionalismo.
O pior foi os peticos. O pastel frito meio a meio, a isca de frango ? frito em gordura já "vencida",para não dar zero, a costela estáva no ponto, farofa e arroz razoável o que não posso dizer da batata ? frita.
A cerveja ? no ponto.
Ou seja pra quem foi a primeira vez......................
 Very bad service, attendants (waiter), friendly but unprofessional.
The worst was the snacks. The pastry fried half and half, the chicken bait ? fried in fat already "overdue", so as not to give zero, the rib was on point, farofa and reasonable rice, which I can't say about the fried potato.
The beer is on point.
In other words, for whoever was the first time...........................

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre muito saborosa a comida do Baluarte. Seja porção, seja uma costela completa. O último pedido foi uma costela completa e, incrivelmente, passou de 3 quilos. Ir ao bar também é muito compensador. As mesas na praça dão um ar descontraído e o atendimento é sempre rápido e atencioso por parte do funcionários.
The food at Baluarte is always very tasty. Be a portion, be a complete rib. The last order was a full rib and, incredibly, it went over 3 kilos. Going to the bar is also very rewarding. The tables in the square give a relaxed atmosphere and the service is always fast and attentive from the staff.
