However, the delay to pay the bill was greater than waiting for the pizza, not representing an error by the attendants, but the reduced number of employees given the large demand for orders. I've been to Pepper's Pizzeria 4 times. 2x I couldn't be served, 1 the delay in a simple sparkling water (imagine the pizza), and another they didn't open rodizio (it was a Saturday 21hrs...). Okay, the house has its rules for rotation, but one of the owners came to our table, spoke to us, told us that there would be two rotations and he didn't say anything. Soon after, the attendant came to say that the same one who left the table moments before, said he couldn't open the carvery. The question is: Why didn't you speak when you came to the table? Anyway, let's get to it: Very tasty pizza (one of the reasons I returned to the place), quality ingredients, thin crust... The pizza is a 10. The problem is that it always comes a little warm, it never comes super hot... Now the point that doesn't make me come back is the service... Terrible, with unprepared people, when you order a drink, they take a long time to bring it, that's when we don't have to charge, that's with the house empty (only 3 tables occupied). hour asking if they need anything, passing the order to the kitchen...( I have the impression that they are expelling us.) For these reasons related to the service and management of the place, I won't be back. In response to the owner's response: I think you're getting confused, because we NEVER leave at 0:20... We don't leave at this time or from places that serve until 01 am and are LIGHT YEARS more attentive than you... Empty house you are confused with a water, a soda...For God's sake. Learn from other pizzerias about customer service, and if common sense is lacking here, that common sense is yours. If you can't meet rotation, close it. Why open a rotation and limit the customer like they do, it's no use for pizza to be good.
