★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 30/01/22, perto das 15h, minha filha ficou com vocês e caiu de queixo no chão (entendo que foi um acidente), porém, ninguém me ligou para avisar. Ela mesma que me contou ao sair. Agora ela está com o queixo roxo e inchado. Ela disse que pediu para que me chamassem. Se eu soubesse que foi uma queda feia, teria colocado gelo na hora. Avisem aos pais sempre! Obs: eu procurei um email para fazer essa reclamação e não expor aqui, mas não achei em lugar algum!
On 01/30/22, around 3 pm, my daughter stayed with you and dropped her chin on the floor (I understand it was an accident), however, no one called me to let me know. She herself told me when she left. Now her chin is purple and swollen. She said she asked them to call me. If I had known it was a bad fall, I would have put ice on it right away. Always let parents know! Note: I looked for an email to make this complaint and not expose it here, but I couldn't find it anywhere!
