★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento medriucre, estava comprando uma sandalha com minha esposa a vendedora estava demorando muito então outra vendedora se aproximou e perguntou se queiramos atendimento, dissemos que sim entao ela perguntou se minha esposa iria levar somente uma sandalha e dissemos que sim, ela simplismente foi se virando e falando que iria chamar a vendedora que nos atendeu primeiro.

O senhor chamado MARILUCIO (gerente) foi de uma grande insensibilidade e mal educado. Não vou falir a loja, mas jamais voltarei às lojas banban. Acredito que a Cultura de atendimento tem que ser padrão em todas as lojas.
