★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do rapaz da porta é ótimo mas as moças da recepção são de um atendimento péssimo. Triste. Precisam urgente de um tipo de treinamento de como tratar pessoas. Sem empatia, sem simpatia e sem educação.
 The service provided by the guy at the door is great, but the girls at the reception are very poorly serviced. Sad. They urgently need some kind of training in how to treat people. No empathy, no sympathy and no education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção (um rapaz) ok. Já a moça que fez o procedimento as 13h (tomografia do crânio) fez todo o procedimento de má vontade, após realizar o procedimento só falou: pronto e saiu se arrastando da sala (literamente se arrantando). Não me falou quanto tempo sairia o resultado, que era so digir a recepção nem nada. Saiu e enquanto eu ainda pegava minhas coisas , simplesmente sumiu. Atedimento e acolhimento é essencial, principalmente voltado a saúde. Fica a sujestão.
Attendance at the reception (a guy) ok. On the other hand, the girl who underwent the procedure at 1:00 pm (cranial tomography) did the entire procedure grudgingly, after performing the procedure, she just said: ready and crawled out of the room (literally scrambling). He didn't tell me how long the result would be, which was just to say the reception or anything. It left and while I was still getting my things, it just disappeared. Service and reception is essential, especially aimed at health. The suggestion remains.

Trouxe uma tia de 85 anos para fazer um exame de Eletrocardiograma, Não tinha lugar para sentar (Uma verdadeira aglomeração) quase não chamaram a senha dela, depois tinha que subir uma escada com 17 degraus e ninguém para ajudar. Queria poder colocar as fotos que tirei da recepção. Um absurdo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui com meu pai para uma consulta ortopedista umas 8:20 a atendente disse que o médico já tinha ido embora peguei quando ia saindo perguntei outra atendente a mesma disse que ia verificar então o médico ainda tava na sala nossa fiquei abismada com a má vontade da outra atendente não lembro o nome dela é uma magrinha fiquei bem chateada e não recomendo a ninguém ir infelizmente o atendimento dessa pessoa péssimo triste deveria dar lugar pra quem quer trabalhar
Today I went with my father for an orthopedist consultation at around 8:20 am the attendant said the doctor had already left I picked him up as he was leaving I asked another attendant she said she would check so the doctor was still in our room I was stunned by the ill will I don't remember the other attendant's name, she's a skinny girl, I was very upset and I don't recommend anyone to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, entreguei a documentação do meu pai para fazer o exame de conoloscopia, a atendente disse que estava tudo certo, quando liguei para confirmar o nome dele nem no sistema estava, ela havia esquecido ou seja não marcou o um exame que pode salvar uma vida.
No dia do atendimento simplesmente vão colocando pessoas em sua frente.
Exames caríssimo e atendimento péssimo
Terrible service, I delivered my father's documentation to do the conoloscopy exam, the attendant said that everything was fine, when I called to confirm his name was not even in the system, she had forgotten, or in other words, she did not schedule an exam that can save a life.
On the day of the service, they simply put people in front of them.
Very expensive exams and terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui com meu pai fazer um raio x de pulmão, pedi urgência pq o caso dele precisava, elas disseram que a médica tinha o prazo de 3 dias para entregar, mas que eu poderia levar a imagem, e que eu ficasse olhando na internet se saia antes o laudo. Fiz no sábado, quando fui ligar hoje, a atendente me informou que precisava da imagem pq se não a médica não teria como dar o laudo, e eu perguntei se não ficava no sistema as imagens, e ela disse que não. E eu disse que em momento algum a atendente me informou que precisava retornar com a imagem depois pra darem o laudo. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA CLÍNICA PARA NINGUÉM!
I went with my father to do a lung x-ray, I asked urgently because his case needed it, they said that the doctor had a deadline of 3 days to deliver, but that I could take the image, and that I would look on the internet if I left before the report. I did it on Saturday, when I called today, the attendant informed me that she needed the image because otherwise the doctor would not have been able to give the report, and I asked if the images were not in the system, and she said no. And I said that at no time did the attendant inform me that I needed to return with the image later to give the report. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE!

Fui levar uma ressonancia que tirei lá.
Ele fez rir da minha cara. Tôdo ignorante.
Eu tentando conversar e ele desfazendo do probelma que eu estava.
Eu então pedi a ressonancia e disse que ele era ignorante. Ai ele me mandou me lascar de novo. Eu disse q tinha gasto 100 reais para consulta e ele mandou eu pegar de volta. Que pra ele n fazia falta. E mandou eu me lascar de novo...
Eu fui na atendente e ela disse q ele era ignorante mesmo e que semprw rinha reclamação dele.
Ai ela me devolveu o dinheiro da consulta e pediu q eu assinasse o termo de devolução.
Eu fiz uma dwnuncia no reclame aqui.
O ortopedista é o Gadelha.
Denunciem esse indivíduo que acha que somos lixo. E olha q eu paguei!
Quando cheguei tinha 4 pacientes e ele atendeu os 4 em menos de 10 minutos...
Muito ignorante.
Nao sei como a clínica permite isso!
Um absurdo!
Isso é caso de expulsão do CRM, por falta de condulta médica!

I went to get an MRI that I took there.
He made me laugh. All ignorant.
Me trying to talk and he undoing the problem I was in.
I then asked for an MRI and said he was ignorant. Then he told me to chip myself again. I said I had spent 100 reais for a consultation and he told me to get it back. Which he didn't need. And told me to chip again...
I went to the attendant and she said that he was really ignorant and that she always complained about him.
Then she returned the money for the consultation and asked me to sign the return term.

Report this individual who thinks we are trash. And look what I paid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, muuuuuito ruim, além de muito barulhento por estar em obra. A recepcionista é a única com um bom atendimento, os demais deixam tudo a desejar. O horário de espera é exorbitante, estou gestante e aguardei 3 horas para fazer um exame. Tinham apenas 3 fichas feitas, e as outras duas pessoas aguardaram mais que eu, inclusive uma senhora de 82 anos. O atendimento com a médica também não foi agradável. A mesma foi muito pessimista em relação ao meu exame, que era uma ultrassom obstétrica, faltou empatia e bom senso. Enfim, não retornarei a essa clínica. Espero que toda a equipe melhore com seus pacientes, afinal se alguém vai a uma clínica é pq não está bem, e o mínimo que se espera é ser tratado com respeito e empatia.
Terrible service, soooo bad, in addition to being very noisy for being under construction. The receptionist is the only one with good service, the others leave everything to be desired. The waiting time is exorbitant, I'm pregnant and I waited 3 hours for an exam. They only had 3 chips made, and the other two people waited longer than I did, including an 82-year-old lady. The service with the doctor was also not pleasant. She was very pessimistic about my exam, which was an obstetric ultrasound, she lacked empathy and common sense. Anyway, I will not return to this clinic. I hope that the entire team improves with their patients, after all if someone goes to a clinic it is because they are not well, and the least that is expected is to be treated with respect and empathy.
