★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao comprar mascara facial e solicitar a atendente ver o produto antes de comprar(sendo mascara para publico feminino- tamanho menor)não havia esta mascara para comparar tamanho e ao comprar verifiquei que o mesmo tamanho da masculina, pedi a devolução do dinheiro pois o produto não me atenderia como pensava e devolver o produto, detalhe sem sair da banca e recusaram a devolver dinheiro. O proprietário preferiu discutir ao invés de trocar o produto por outro que me atende-se minhas necessidades ou devolver dinheiro. Por lei deveriam trocar ou devolver como determina Código de defesa ao consumidor, PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO.MERECE NENHUMA ESTRELA ESTE ATENDIMENTO(BANCA)
When buying facial mask and asking the attendant to see the product before buying (being a mask for female audience - smaller size) there was no mask to compare size and when buying I found that the same size as the male, I asked for the money back because the product I would not attend as I thought and return the product, detail without leaving the bank and refused to return money. The owner preferred to discuss instead of exchanging the product for another that meets my needs or returns money. By law, they should exchange or return as determined by the Consumer Protection Code, PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO.MERECE NO STAR THIS ATTENDANCE (BANK)
