O que estão fazendo com os funcionários e os clientes é um crime.
Filas imensas poucos funcionários trabalhando, cliente idosos tendo que esperar bastante tempo em pé.

Lamentável ñ poder resolver isso por telefone
Precisará ir ao banco na hora do rush,e correr riscos se ñ terá cartão pra receber
Informações pelo telefone equivocadas do horário de funcionamento ou a agência ñ cumpre ou tudo Ñ passa de uma armação é na vdd o banco só funciona de 100;₩0hs às 14:00hs

Mais de meia hora enrolando com um cliente que tinha chegado na frente abrindo uma conta pra depois dele finalmente ir, ainda dizerem que era preciso esperar mais meia hora pro "sistema processar" o pedido de abertura dele. Estava com minha mãe, cansada e com diversos problemas não aguentou aguardar esse tempo todo, tivemos de ir embora.
Vergonhoso, uma falta de respeito com o cliente de vcs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 24/5/2022 por volta 15:22 horas fiz Mais um depósito imediato, no primeiro caixa que fica mais próximo da entrada ou da vidraça e geralmente esse caixa é direcionado as pessoas idosas
Fiz o preenchimento com número da AG 2187 CP 1006042-7 valor R$1100.00
Confirmei os dados e Inserir o dinheiro na máquina, e mesma não confirmou o depósito e voltou para tela inicial impossibilitado a impressão do comprovante
Nesse mesmo ato comuniquei o pessoal do banco
E ficaram de rever e me da uma posição
Eu tenho feito todo os meses esses depósitos
