★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo não sendo minha agência eu fui muito bem atendido, fiquei tão à vontade como na agência 9236, tudo que estava precisando no momento foi resolvido, eu esqueci o documento no carro a mulher do caixa educadamente me informou que seria necessário apresentar, e me disse que poderia voltar diretamente no caixa sem encarar a fila novamente e quando voltei portando o documento a mesma estava como uma cliente com bastante coisas para resolver, ela vendo isso pediu ao amigo de trabalho que me atende-se e o mesmo quem questionar me atendeu com maior atenção.
Nota 1000 para as pessoas que aki trabalham.??????????
Even though it was not my branch I was very well attended, I was as comfortable as at branch 9236, everything I needed at the time was resolved, I forgot the document in the car the cashier woman politely informed me that it would be necessary to present it, and told me who could go back directly to the cashier without facing the queue again and when I came back carrying the document she was like a client with a lot of things to solve, she saw this and asked the friend from work who answered me and the same person who questioned answered me with greater attention.
