★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no dia 18/09/2019 fechar a conta, um atendente do Banco falou que eles não iriam consegui, achei um absurdo, pq tem uma lei que o consumidor pode fechar a conta em qualquer localidade de seu Banco. O mesmo estava com mal vontade, EU fui em Arujá e consegui fechar, para vê a má vontade.
 I was on 18/09/2019 to close the account, a bank clerk said they could not, I thought it was absurd, because there is a law that the consumer can close the account in any location of your Bank. The same was with ill will, I went to Aruja and managed to close, to see the ill will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Enrolam muito, não conseguiram fazer o empréstimo na hora que eu estava lá e me pediram para aguardar. Passou mais de uma semana e ninguém me ligou, eles nos esquecem e quando fui lá, agiram como se estivessem tratando meu caso por mais de uma semana e só resolveram quando eu estava lá? Um absurdo. Se falarem para esperar a ligação, não vão embora, eles não tratam e ignoram as ligações.
Horrible. They have a lot of trouble, they couldn't get the loan at the time I was there and they asked me to wait. More than a week passed and nobody called me, they forget us and when I went there, they acted like they were treating my case for more than a week and only solved it when I was there? Absurd. If they talk to wait for the call, they don't leave, they don't handle and ignore the calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!! Precisei dessa agência para receber o meu auxílio doença e fiquei na fila por 2hs, fila essa que estava con apenas 6 pessoas. Esperei na porta, de pé, embaixo do sol quente. Um descaso com o consumidor. Nunca serei correntista neste banco. Péssimo atendimento!
Horrible!! I needed this agency to receive my sickness benefit and I was in line for 2 hours, this line was with only 6 people. I waited at the door, standing in the hot sun. A disregard for the consumer. I will never be an account holder in this bank. Terrible attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior banco que existe! Os funcionários até tentam ser simpáticos, mas a demora no atendimento é horrível. Jamais vou procurar esse banco pra abrir conta.
Deveriam gastar menos com propaganda na mídia e colocar mais gente pra trabalhar. Vivem de aparências. Experimentem fazer uma pesquisa de satisfação!!!
Worst bank ever! The staff even try to be friendly, but the delay in service is horrible. I will never go to this bank to open an account.
They should spend less on media advertising and put more people to work. They live on appearances. Try doing a satisfaction survey!!!
