★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei do atendimento deste laboratório, desde a entrada até a recepção, mas hj fui surpreendida com uma recepcionista, ela estava mal humorada ela não sabe explicar as dúvida do paciente e conveniados desde um simples potinho de coleta, muito grossa...... acho que ela paga os pote precisa de reciclagem..?

Lugar tranquilo e passam as informações corretas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, sempre fui Muito bem recebida nesse laboratório, mas essa semana precisei frequentar por três vezes,fui pegar informação sobre um exame de sorologia a estúpida da recepcionista não dá informações claras, voltei com meu filho para fazer a estúpida disse que o convênio não cobria, no dia seguinte fui realizar exames e tratamentos foi bem pior, sendo assim que tal contratar uma recepcionista
mais clareza nas informações ,e ainda não se importam com.aglomerações, pois saem para tomar café e deixa todos no aguardo
Agora a Sueli é uma excelente recepcionista

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deliberato Análise Clínicas, funcionários bacanas e prestativos, preços compatíveis com o do mercado, ou seja, não compensa sair da cidade para ir fazer exames em outros municípios, sem falar no preço do combustível...
Mas eu recomendo, sou sempre bem atendido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado,pois tanto as recepcionistas como as coletoras pouco se importam com as filas,largam tudo e vão tomar café, tudo muito desorganizado, além da recepcionista que não fornece informações claras fazendo com que o paciente retorne várias vezes para realizar exame.
Há necessidade de reciclagem para essas recepcionistas sem educação .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato para realizar um agendamento de exame, perguntei se atendiam Unimed Guarulhos, a mesma passou uns 03 minutos para responder, quando voltou a chamada perguentou qual o exame e eu falei que era o de sangue, confirmei com ela que era o hemograma, ela ficou muda na linha, chamei ela algumas vezes, quando retornou a ligação já com 09 minutos e 40 de espera a mesma me pergunta de pode ajudar em alguma coisa, perguntei se ela estava de brincadeira, ela disse que não faziam agendamentos de hemograma por telefone. O nome da atendente é Juliana. Péssimo atendimento, pessoas mal treinadas. Não há nem como ligar na ouvidoria pq quando retornamos para reclamar cai na mesma pessoa que prestou um péssimo atendimento.

The attendant's name is Juliana. Bad service, poorly trained people. There is no way to call the ombudsman because when we return to complain it falls on the same person who provided a terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade, não se tem respeito com o ser humano hoje em 12.02.2022, senti humilhado quanto ao atendimento, o que se salva é a limpeza, mas por outro lado porta do sanitário masculino quebrada não consegue trancar a porta.
Passaram pessoas mais novas na minha frente, peguei uma senha com o horário de 09,14 horas e minutos só foram terminar o meu atendimento ( colher sangue as 10,40 e minutos) infelizmente um péssimo atendimento com certeza é a última vez nesse laboratório.
Poor quality service, there is no respect for the human being today on 02.12.2022, I felt humiliated about the service, what is saved is cleaning, but on the other hand the male toilet door broken cannot lock the door.
Younger people passed in front of me, I got a password with the time of 09.14 hours and minutes were only to finish my service (draw blood at 10.40 and minutes) unfortunately a bad service is definitely the last time in this laboratory.
