Nunca foi bom o atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filas intermináveis, piorou muito depois que fecharam as outras 2 agências do centro, redução de horário de funcionamento, não incluíram mais caixas, pessoal sobrecarregado, atendimento à empresas inexistente.
Endless queues, it got much worse after the other 2 branches in the center were closed, opening hours were reduced, they didn't include more cashiers, overworked staff, non-existent service to companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tenho uma conta nessa agência. 1 hora na fila externa, 1 hora na fila interna pra atendimento básico pq tem pouquíssimos funcionários, e ainda o tempo de atendimento que demora pra coisas simples.
Unfortunately I have an account at this agency. 1 hour in the external queue, 1 hour in the internal queue for basic service because there are very few employees, and even the service time it takes for simple things.

Minha namorada precisou abrir uma conta para trabalho, e então o cartão que ela receberia para usar em seus saques, começou a demorar para ser entrega, o que era para ser um mês, virou três e depois cinco, ou seja, bastante descaso do banco! Fomos pessoalmente apesar de ter pouco tempo devido ao trabalho, e então, vimos muitos clientes reclamando, e os poucos funcionários atendendo com descaso! Não recomendo!
