★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência q tive, pois estava c a bolsa apenas as fraldas da minha bebê, tirei TDS outros objetos, como chave, moeda, guarda chuva e msm assim fui bloqueada na porta, tirei TD de dentro da bolsa e msm assunto msm assim n abrirão a porta p mim.
Obrigada pelo péssimo atendimento q vcs tem, pois msm a gente provando q n tem ND p prejudicar ou q coloque a vida de alguém em risco vcs n libera a passagem da pessoa .
Sai e realizei sem dificuldade alguma uma aplicação no concorrente de vcs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É o pior Banco com qual já trabalhei, o cliente é lixo, não fazem a mínima questão de atender, bem então nem se fala, estou tentando acessar minha conta pelo computador a mais de 15 dias e ninguém resolve, antes tinha uma Gerente péssima chamada DEUSA, agora tem uma SABRINA que não resolve nada, já sou cliente do Banco a mais 40 anos, e só não mudo de banco porque sou obrigado a receber pelo Banco do Brasil.
Senhores clientes que puderem e aqueles que estão pensando e abrir conta ou mesmo migrar, sujam !!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reduziram o horário de atendimento, filas enormes, demora absurda para ser atendido.
Total falta de respeito com as pessoas, reduziram a quantidade de pessoa para entrar na agência, mas a aglomeração que fica na espera continua a mesma coisa.
Tem gerente com atendimento online, mas não pode resolver, então não adianta nada.
Reduced service hours, huge lines, absurd delay to be served.
Total lack of respect for people, they reduced the number of people to enter the branch, but the crowd that waits remains the same.
There is a manager with online service, but they can't solve it, so it's no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vantagens : Banco muito organizado e sem tumulto, diversos caixas eletrônicos, ambiente muito bem climatizado.
Desvantagens : escassez em pessoas para auxiliar no atendimento no caixa eletrônico, o caixa do banco fica no 2 andar, dificultando acesso.
Advantages: Bank very organized and without turmoil, several ATMs, very well acclimatized environment.
Disadvantages: shortage of people to assist at the ATM, the bank teller is on the 2nd floor, making access difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um desbloqueio de cartão da minha esposa pelos meios de 0800, 4004, terminais eletrônicos, não consegui e, provavelmente, terei que ir até a agência Gen Carneiro e juntamente com minha esposa pegar aquela fila kilometrica que parece não ter fim. Porque então, colocam telefones para supostamente "facilitarem" a vida dos clientes????
Isso sim é um descaso. Querem um conselho retiraram todos os telefones de contatos para clientes "resolverem" seus serviços; não funciona.
I went to unlock my wife's card by means of 0800, 4004, electronic terminals, I couldn't and, probably, I'll have to go to the Gen Carneiro branch and, together with my wife, pick up that kilometric line that seems to have no end. Why then, put phones to supposedly "make it easy" for customers????
Now that is a neglect. They want advice removed all contact phone numbers for customers to "fix" their services; does not work.
