★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente apontar o péssimo atendimento e a forma como tratam o consumidor, com mentiras e subterfúgios para que o correntista continue pagando taxas abusivas.
Meu amigo esteve no banco e não só não o orientaram de forma correta como falaram que o mesmo não poderia migrar para o pacote essencial de serviços, que é livre de taxas. Espero que todos os correntistas leiam esse comentário e cancelem seu pacote de taxas que não serve para nada... Sim é um direito e está previsto pelo banco central!!!
First point the terrible service and how they treat consumers with lies and subterfuge to continue paying the account holder abusive rates.
My friend was on the bench and not only not oriented correctly as told that it could not migrate to the essential package of services, which is free of charges. I hope that all account holders to read this review and cancel your tax package that is good for nothing ... Yes it is a right and is set by the central bank !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes são competentes, porém são apenas 2 para atender um número de pessoas muito grande, isso acaba influenciando no tempo do atendimento que se torna demorado...os caixas faltam dinheiro sempre...coloquem mais atendentes, as pessoas perdem aanha toda numa fila que pode ser evitada com um pouco de investimento em recursos humanos
The attendants are competent, but there are only 2 to attend to a very large number of people, this ends up influencing the time of the service, which becomes time consuming...the tellers are always short of money...put more attendants, people lose everything in one queue that can be avoided with a little investment in human resources

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, péssimo Gerente, não ajuda quando a pessoa precisa, se eu fosse o Diretor desse bando ei demitia esse Gerente imediatamente pois se não vocês vão perder todos os seus clientes começando por mim.
Terrible service, terrible Manager, doesn't help when the person needs it, if I were the Director of this bunch and I would fire this Manager immediately because otherwise you will lose all your customers starting with me.
