The bank is great, has password by apk if you want to put 30 min before when it arrives already is attended. Great staff. Great security. And especially, the great city ?❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez na cidade e tive a infelicidade de ser muito mal atendido por esse povo. Até os idosos são super mal educados. Grossos e se acham demais. Foi o maior barraco com um idoso pra eu conseguir sacar meu dinheiro no caixa eletrônico. E eu inocente achando que em cidade do interior o pessoal era mais hospitaleiro rs, inocência minha. Espero que todos que me atenderam mal apodreçam nessa cidade! Não recomendo a agência como também não recomendo que visitem essa cidade.
First time in the city and I was unfortunate to be very poorly attended by these people. Even the elderly are super badly educated. Thick and too much. It was the biggest shack with an elderly person for me to be able to withdraw my money at the ATM. And I innocent thinking that in a country town the staff was more hospitable lol, my innocence. I hope that everyone who attended me badly rots in this city! I don't recommend the agency, nor do I recommend visiting this city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Meu marido faleceu dia 9/5 e recebi uma carta comunicando que tem pendência na conta dele que tem que ser resolvida. Liguei diversas vezes para os números inscritos no rodapé da carta e não tive resultado com nenhum dos contatos. Apesar da Pandemia fui na agência de Caicó e como não está tendo atendimento interno, alguém chegou e perguntou o meu problema. Falou que eu ligasse pra um celular de um funcionário que está atendendo de casa. Já cansei de ligar e ninguém atende. Apenas pede pra deixar mensagem.mas não retirnam
Terrible. My husband died on 9/5 and I received a letter stating that his account is pending and has to be resolved. I called the numbers on the bottom of the letter several times and had no results with any of the contacts. Despite the pandemic, I went to the Caicó branch and since there is no internal service, someone came and asked about my problem. He told me to call a cell phone of an employee who is answering from home. I'm tired of calling and nobody answers. Just ask to leave a message.but don't withdraw
