★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom. É um local amplo, possuía um pouco de gente, mas funcionários muito eficientes. Por estar com certo número de pessoas, não havia cadeira para todos, porém não se esperava muito, já que rapidamente cada um ia ser atendido. O ambiente é um pouco vazio por ficar na BR.
Good. It is a large place, it had a few people, but very efficient employees. As there was a certain number of people, there was no chair for everyone, but not much was expected, since each one would quickly be attended to. The atmosphere is a little empty for staying on the BR.

No balcão das senhas mesmo, o rapaz com aquele colete "posso te ajudar", gerou os códigos pra que eu pudesse ter acesso do token no celular novamente. Rápido e eficaz. Excelente atendimento, todos sabem o que fazer.
Unlike the November 15th agency, where employees don't know how to help you get your token on their cell phone, here they are super fast. At the password counter, the guy with that "I can help you" vest generated the codes so that I could have access to the token on my cell phone again. Fast and effective. Excellent service, everyone knows what to do.
