★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O funcionário que estava atendendo na entrada desrespeitou o atendimento preferencial a idoso . Cheguei as 9.45 hrs e não sei se a ordem vem se superiores. A idosa foi fazer prova de vida. E o mesmo disse que não era necessário devido estar suspensa. Sendo que já está vindo da agência da idosa que estava sem sistema. Ele foi muito indelicado ,não indicou o lugar aonde deveria esperar. Coloquei a idosa que usa próteses nos quadril sentada na cadeira enfrente ao atendimento dos caixas. Ele veio até eu e disse que era para esperar em outro lugar que ali eu o atrapalhava a controlar o fluxo de clientes observação. A agência estava vazia .Lamentável o despreparo do rapaz .
