★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não tem atendimento preferencial para idosos e pessoas com crianças no colo. Seguranças mal educados, e fila de espera para entrar no banco por mais de 1 hora. Após ter que ir ao banco 4 vezes, por fim consegui encerrar a conta corrente.
Terrible service, there is no preferential service for the elderly and people with children in their arms. Polite security guards, and waiting to enter the bank for more than 1 hour. After having to go to the bank 4 times, I finally managed to close the checking account.

Esse banco só me trouxe problemas e dor de cabeça desde quando abri a conta cc. No dia q abrir a conta uma funcionária me vendeu 7 cartao de crédito de uma vez incluso na conta sem minha autorização, fiz uma reclamação no Bacen rapidinho a genrete me ligou pra resolver. Agora fizera um financiamento da fatura do cartão. Em 24 x 163 , sem minha autorização. Bacen de novo !
Terrible attendance !
This bank only brought me problems and a headache since I opened the cc account. On the day I opened the account an employee sold me 7 credit cards at once included in the account without my authorization, I made a complaint to Bacen quickly and the manager called me to solve it. Now he had financed the card bill. In 24 x 163 , without my permission. Bacen again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz exatamente 1 semana que tento ligar durante o dia inteiro através do telefone que consta no site, em nenhum momento fui atendido. Hoje resolvi ir presencialmente para tentar ser atendido e resolver uma situação da minha empresa. Infelizmente fiquei no local dos caixas, pra fora do Banco em plena 14h até 14:30h chamando POR UM INTERFONE que ninguém atendia, seguranças e funcionários do lado de dentro não moveram um músculo para levantar da cadeira e ver o que eu e mais 3 ou senhores gostariam. Sem telefone, sem pessoas descentes, depois cobram sem dó para manter a conta da minha empresa né SR.BRADESCO EMPRESAS LIXO.
It's been exactly 1 week since I've been trying to call during the whole day through the phone on the website, I was never answered. Today I decided to go in person to try to be served and resolve a situation in my company. Unfortunately I was at the cashiers' place, out of the Bank in the middle of 2 pm to 2:30 pm calling FOR AN INTERCOM that nobody answered, security and employees inside didn't move a muscle to get up from the chair and see what I and 3 more gentlemen would like. No phone, no decent people, then they charge mercilessly to keep my company account right MR.BRADESCO EMPRESAS LIXO.

Uma agência enorme mas com o atendimento que deixa muito a desejar, só 3 caixas para pagamentos e recebimentos, porém quando fui só tinha um funcionário atendendo nos caixas. Fora a fila para entrar na agência.
Very time-consuming service!
A huge agency but with service that leaves a lot to be desired, only 3 boxes for payments and receipts, but when I went there was only one employee attending the cashiers. It had been the line to enter the agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento está péssimo sem funcionários p atender internamente e somente um rapaz auxiliando nos caixas eletrônicos e organizando filas.
Sinceramente ninguém merece em plena segunda feira por volta das 10:40 hs um banco lotado e sem atendimento.
Pagamos taxas absurdas para mantermos uma conta aberta e os clientes quando precisam do banco tem esse péssimo atendimento.
Service is terrible with no employees to attend internally and only one guy assisting at ATMs and organizing lines.
Honestly no one deserves a full and unattended bank in the middle of Monday around 10:40 am.
We pay absurd fees to keep an account open and customers when they need the bank have this terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é péssimo. Caixa eletronico também é péssimo, só tem uma pessoa para dar informação.
Como não tem caixa para atendimento, e pessoa precisa de esclarecimento, fica o um tempão na fila.
Agora tem o problema, existe agencia somente para negocios e outras para atendimento. Moro na vila das merces, precisei ir na Av. Santa Cruz para fazer um depósito de um cheque.
Service is bad. ATM is also terrible, there is only one person to give information.
As there is no cashier for service, and a person needs clarification, there is a long time in line.
Now there is the problem, there is an agency only for business and others for service. I live in vila das merces, I had to go to Av. Santa Cruz to deposit a check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressionante, não existem pessoas preparadas para atendimento ao público. Tenho o APP, mas tem assuntos que só pessoalmente, mas impossível. Logo que for possível vou encerrar minha conta de tantos anos, e me ingressar no banco Santander, que muitas pessoas de minha família diz ser muito bom.
Impressive, there are no people prepared to serve the public. I have the APP, but there are matters that only in person, but impossible. As soon as possible I will close my account for so many years and join Santander Bank, which many people in my family say is very good.
