★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito enrolação pra resolver coisas simples. Mais de um mês pra vir um cartão de débito da conta. Um monte de coisa poderia ser resolvido pelo aplicativo, mas não tem ir até a agência. Chega lá só entra duas pessoas de cada vez formando uma aglomeração lá na porta. COVID só pode pegar da porta pra fora do banco, dentro não pode. Não entendo esses protocolos, não são nada inteligentes.
 Too much trouble to solve simple things. More than a month to come a debit card from the account. A lot of things could be solved by the app, but you don't have to go to the agency. When you get there, only two people enter at a time, forming an agglomeration at the door. COVID can only take it from the door out of the bank, inside it can't. I don't understand these protocols, they are not smart at all.
