★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco do Brasil na cidade de Atalaia, a única agência deste banco na cidade. Eu queria falar bem do atendimento, mas não tem como! O banco tem 3 caixas, sendo que trabalha apenas 1 funcionário para atender todos, todos juntos, fila preferencial e não preferencial. Caso planeje ir ao banco receber algum pagamento ou fazer algum pagamento la dentro saiba que você irá esperar horas para ser atendido, todas as vezes que eu fui, esperei 4 HORAS na fila. Espero que o Banco contrate mais funcionários, uma pena.
Banco do Brasil in the city of Atalaia, the only branch of this bank in the city. I wanted to speak well about the service, but there's no way! The bank has 3 cashiers, with only 1 employee working to serve everyone, all together, preferential and non-preferential lines. If you plan to go to the bank to receive any payment or make any payment inside, know that you will wait hours to be served, every time I went, I waited 4 HOURS in line. I hope the Bank hires more employees, too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal atende bem, mas é uma demora infernal, tudo muito confuso, não tem gente pra ajudar às pessoas com dúvidas nós caixas eletrônica, vejo pessoa que trabalha na limpeza do banco ajudando os usuários dos caixas eletrônica que não sabe usá-los, já presencie uma mulher branca ajudando os aposentados e recebendo pela ajudar, todo começo de mês ela está lá na agência de Atalaia, só o responsável do banco que não ver isso, eu mesmo cheguei pra ela, que ela estava fazendo é crime, espero que alguém leia este desabafo.
