★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, tem funcionario la dentro que faz pouco da cara do cliente. A demora da fila então...Dependendo do dia a pessoa fica mais de 40 min aguardando ser atendido.
No momento está sendo reconstruido, foi explodido a alguns meses atrás, creio que daqui uns 30 dias esteja ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que pegaram os piores funcionários e jogaram todos na agência de Araguatins. Não resolvem nada e nunca te atendem. Da última vez esperei 1 hora e só tinha 5 pessoas na minha frente. Eles atendem 1 pessoa e fica 10 minutos no celular. Por isso que a tendência dos bancos físicos é sumir, os funcionários tratam os clientes com descaso!
It seems that they took the worst employees and threw them all at the Araguatins branch. They don't solve anything and never answer you. Last time I waited 1 hour and there were only 5 people in front of me. They serve 1 person and stay on the cell phone for 10 minutes. That's why physical banks tend to disappear, employees treat customers with disdain!
