★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eu como cliente BB geralmente falo bem do Banco, mas essa agência realmente é sem condições, pois para ter acesso aos caixas deve-se passar pela porta giratória com detector de metais, isso é um tanto quanto absurdo visto que `por vezes preciso fazer algo rápido no caixa e desisto por esse fato, mas eu até entendo pela localização da agência...
 I as a BB client usually speak well of the Bank, but this agency is really unconditional, because to get access to the boxes one has to go through the revolving door with a metal detector, this is somewhat absurd since `sometimes I have to do something fast on the box and I give up on this fact, but I even understand the location of the agency ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se consegue falar na agência..e as gravações pedem todos os seus dados incluso senha do cartão!?P poder falar com um atendente ..Um absurdo..pedir tantos dados p falar com atendente do banco.
You can't speak at the agency... and the recordings ask for all your data, including the card password!? To be able to talk to an attendant... An absurdity...to ask for so much data to speak with a bank attendant.
