★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionários arrogantes,estava em viagem de férias com a família e precisava resolver um problema mas fui péssimamente atendido principalmente pelo pelo caixa fui para cidade vizinha agência Banco do Brasil e então consegui resolver o problema.
Poor service, arrogant employees, I was on vacation with the family and needed to solve a problem but I was badly attended mainly by the cashier went to a nearby city Banco do Brasil branch and then I managed to solve the problem.

Need to improve, the phone never meet, when we go to the bank it seems we are doing them a favor ... difficult to solve things la. They need better customer service.
