★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi autorizado um empréstimo de adiantamento do décimo terceiro salário de minha mãe nessa agência sem o conhecimento dela, quando ela foi receber a primeira parcela não tinha nenhum valor, tinha sido debitado a valor total da primeira parcela, ela procurou o atendimento na agência e informaram a ela que tinha sido feito um empréstimo de adiantamento do décimo terceiro, ela falou que não tinha feito esse empréstimo mais ficou por isso mesmo, não resolveram o seu problema e o atendente ainda informou que a segunda parcela ela ia receber normal, agora ela foi no banco pra receber a segunda parcela e tinha acontecido a mesma coisa, não tinha salário pra ela, tinha cido descontado num empréstimo que ela não fez, foi feito B.O e até agora nada resolvido.
Obs. O mesmo atendente que atendeu ela da primeira vez foi o que atendeu agora pela segunda vez, e na primeira vez ela falou que tinha sido feito empréstimo só da primeira parcela agora quando ela foi lá novamente falou que foi feito do 13º salário integral.
