★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As 5 estrelas são para a guarda do banco de nome Vera que é de uma simpatia e educação ímpar. Muito prestativa e interessada em ajudar. Já quanto ao banco a experiência é péssima. Há alguns anos minha esposa foi obrigada pelo INSS a abrir uma conta nesse banco para receber o Auxílio Doença e saiu de lá com um monte de "pacotes" empurrados a ela por um funcionário que estava mais preocupado em cumprir metas. Não respeitaram a resolução 3.518 do Banco Central, feita em 2007 e atualizada em 2010. Pelo texto 3.919: “é vedada às instituições mencionadas no artigo 1.º (aquelas autorizadas a funcionar pelo BC) a cobrança de tarifas pela prestação de serviços bancários essenciais a pessoas naturais”. O banco não leva estrela alguma e seus funcionários deveriam seguir o exemplo da Sra. Vera.
The 5 stars are for the custodian of the bank, named Vera, who has a unique sympathy and education. Very helpful and interested in helping. As for the bank, the experience is terrible. A few years ago my wife was forced by the INSS to open an account at that bank to receive Sickness Benefit and she left there with a bunch of "packages" pushed to her by an employee who was more concerned with meeting goals. They did not respect Central Bank resolution 3,518, made in 2007 and updated in 2010. By text 3,919: “the institutions mentioned in article 1 (those authorized to operate by the BC) are prohibited from charging fees for the provision of essential banking services to natural persons”. The bank does not have any stars and its employees should follow Ms. Vera's example.
