★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados, porém por vezes percebi o atendimento de alguns guardas pouco educados com o público, especialmemte com os idosos! Infelizmente a maioria das pessoas não reclamam! Acho que precisam de algum treinamento!!
The staff are very attentive and polite, but sometimes I noticed the service of some uneducated guards with the public, especially with the elderly! Unfortunately most people don't complain! I think they need some training !!

Few service staff, I've tried to go 3x to the agency to get the maternity license benefit and the delay is surreal. I could never wait, due to my newborn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco para aposentados com pouca estrutura para a demanda de Ribeirão Preto SP. Atendimento muito demorado. Filas enormes nas calçadas. Idosos, deficientes e cadeirinhas ficam no sol e na chuva. Já teve até reportagem na TV... mas as filas continuam. Que tomem providências URGENTE.
Bank for retirees with little structure for the demand of Ribeirão Preto SP. Very long service. Huge lines on the sidewalks. The elderly, the disabled and car seats stay in the sun and rain. There's even been a report on TV... but the lines continue. Take action URGENTLY.

Simply useless!!! The worst possible category for this bank. The lack of consideration for people in huge queues and soooo delay in service. Useless is the least to classify this horrible bank!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora excessiva, falta de funcionários para atendimento. Fiquei uma hora e meia acompanhando um idoso de 83 anos para ser atendido. Os que não eram preferências estavam aguardando a cerca de 3 horas. Um absurdo.
Excessive delay, lack of staff to service. I spent an hour and a half accompanying an 83-year-old man to be seen. The ones that weren't preferences were waiting for about 3 hours. An absurdity.

Local sem estrutura necessária para atender a demanda de Ribeirão Preto, Clientes na maior parte idosos, por vezes debilitados, crianças de colo q não conseguem suportar a demora no atendimento....pessoas desistindo e indo embora porque não aguentam esperar por 300 pessoas na frente e uma estimativa de 4 horas pra ser atendido....
PURO DESRESPEITO E DESCASO...
TERRIBLE...
Place without the necessary structure to meet the demand of Ribeirão Preto, Customers mostly elderly, sometimes weakened, children who can't stand the delay in service....people giving up and leaving because they can't stand to wait for 300 people in the front and an estimate of 4 hours to be attended....
