Outra situação é que dependendo do momento cliente Pessoa Jurídica tem local e gerente certo. Dependendo do servidor Joel que fica triando ninguém tem prioridade colocando todos no Sol

Como não movimentava muito não tive problemas...Nao recomendo o banco pra ninguém, pq caso tenha algum problema não irão resolver! Se tiverem opção, optem por Itaú ou Brasdesco. Todos estamos passivos de ter problemas, mas no BB não irão conseguir resolver! Nos tratam como números! Nem a ouvidoria resolve! Aliás nem a ouvidoria te da retorno plausivel, imagina resolver. Corram.
I was a client of Banco do Brasil for approximately 22 years ... I opened an account with 13 years! As it didn't move much I didn't have any problems ... I don't recommend the bank to anyone, because if you have a problem they won't solve it! If you have a choice, choose Itaú or Brasdesco. We are all liable to have problems, but at BB they will not be able to solve it! Treat us like numbers! Not even the ombudsman's office solves it! In fact, not even the ombudsman gives you a plausible return, imagine solving it. Run.
