★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito demora no atendimento, tanto no caixa, como no atendimento a Pessoa Juridica, cobram taxas sem informar, apenas indo no Procon para conseguir retirar essas sobre taxas cobradas, fui recentemente na agência peguei a senha de PJ e fiquei aguardando o gerente chegar, pois estava atendendo, quando terminou foi um rapaz conversar com ele e já sentou para ser atendido, fui tirar satisfação e pediu desculpas, pois não tinha me visto, pra que serve a senha então?não sei se é só nesse Santander, porém aqui não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os gerentes não são profissionais, um deles chamou um amigo dele que tinha acabado de chegar. Sendo que os outros estávamos esperando horas pra ser atendido. Atendimento super lento já vi uma pessoa sendo atendido por duas horas enquanto eu esperava.
